Following the successful completion of our new kitchen, we would like to express our appreciation for the professional way in which the work was carried out. All the men appeared when they were scheduled to, they were unfailingly helpful and courteous and their work was of the highest standard. We would particularly like to commend Lawrence, whose work in fitting the kitchen units and providing us with a temporary sink while the Corian was being prepared was exemplary. We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Please pass on our thanks to all the staff involved.
This is just a short note to express our complete satisfaction with the excellent work carried out by you and your colleagues in the design and installation of our new bathrooms. The professionalism, quality of workmanship and attention to detail shows clearly in the finished product. We were especially impressed by their punctuality, their tidiness and their understanding of the practical problems of living through the refit process. I want to say a big thank you for my lovely stunning 'grown-up' bathroom! Right from the outset after the first meeting, I felt confident that I had chosen the right people for the job. A special thank you to Jez who had to contend with some 'interesting' pipework causing him the odd headache and extra work! And my choice of tiles putting his drill under great stress! But everything from the lighting to the tile work has been first rate and finished beautifully, and any mess kept to a minimum and tidied after. The bathroom now puts the rest of the house to shame!
May we thank Alexander for the magnificent kitchen plus utility room, with their real 'WOW' factor, which we now enjoy as a result of choosing your company to help create our dream home. Our friends and other visitors have greatly admired the superb units, work-tops, tiling, flooring etc., which were fitted so expertly by your team of craftsmen. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure that the project gave us complete satisfaction. After living with our new kitchen for six months now, it just gets better and better, because the very functional design, with the easily accessible, capacious cupboards and drawers, and obvious quality, combines to make it the most practical of places in which to work, relax, and, not to mention, cook! Another WOW feature is the Alexander-fitted main bedroom design, with its luxury wardrobe range providing ample storage space in a state-of-the-art manner which makes hanging, viewing and accessing contents an easy exercise. Your craftsmen returned, after we had been living here for some weeks, to fit more rails an shelves to accommodate even more of my wife's clothes and shoes! In the second bedroom, although we did not choose the luxury wardrobe range, the quality was still very high and has also been commented on by our visitors. Indeed, when those same visitors viewed the bathroom, they were again highly impressed by the Alexander supplied fittings including the Corian worktop with its integrated basin, which, incidentally, my wife finds so easy to keep clean. We originally came to you just for a kitchen, and we ended up with so much more! Lastly, two of our friends were so impressed with what you have created, that one of them asked you to fit a kitchen for her, and the other requested that you fit a kitchen and bedroom.
I'm writing to thank Alexander/Masterfit for the work that was done in renovating our bathroom last November. Both my wife and myself are very pleased with the work and with the way in which it was done. We'd like to thank yourselves for the help you gave us in designing our new bathroom, and making the best use of the space we have, and for the fact that we felt no pressure to make quick decisions, but were able to make up our own minds in our own time - which proved to be rather slow given my wife's health problems. We'd like to thank all the staff from Masterfit who worked on the bathroom. In particular, we are very pleased with the tiling job that John did for us. Months later and I still enjoy just looking at the bathroom walls, and admiring the quality of the work. And especially, we'd like to thank Keith for all the work he did and the way in which he did it. We had Keith in our home for about a month. As well as the high quality of his work, he was always neat, tidy, considerate and friendly. He really made it as easy as possible for us to live with what was a major job. Lastly, our thanks to Gemma for keeping us informed about the work schedule in such a helpful and friendly way. Would we recommend Alexander/Masterfit to other? Definitely!
It was at the end of December when we first visited your showroom and saw the extensive range of kitchens you have on offer. Friends who were delighted with their new kitchen had been quick to recommend 'Alexander'. Our initial meeting enabled us to consider the type of kitchen we wanted and discuss our specific needs without pressure and without heavy handed sales talk! I am writing to let you know that from our first visit and throughout all of the fitting, the electrical work and tiling, we have experienced an extremely high standard of customer care and workmanship. The kitchen was completed within the timescale promised and exceeds our expectations. It was enjoyable to have such highly skilled workmen who clearly had pride in their work and never accepted anything but the best. The outcome resulted in a very high quality finishing across all aspects of the work done. Everything followed a carefully designed plan yet was flexible enough to allow for on the job discussions and where necessary, make small changes that suited our particular needs. The end of the process resulted in a monitoring visit to see the finished product and to consider our opinions on the final result.
We have ended up with a dream kitchen thanks to all your hard work and effort. Beginning with the design stage through to the aftercare, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, your service and attention to detail was spot on. All your team from beginning to end have been professional, courteous, friendly and unbelievably helpful, a credit to your company.
Well, we made it through to the end! The only downside to my gleaming new kitchen is I have to cook again, and the joy of two new luxury bathrooms makes the upheaval well worth it. Big thanks to all the staff at Alexander's for their help, support, patience and humour through our journey. Aaron and Mark guided us through the maze of choice helping us to make the right decisions and Debbie (shop!) was always so helpful and made us laugh. Warwick and Gemma made sure that our fitting was synchronised with the building work and was carried out with the minimum of fuss keeping us up to date all the time. Peter and Lawrence our fitters did a wonderful job, they worked so hard and did everything to make sure we were happy with every little detail. Last but not least, Keith spent many happy hours in our two bathrooms, saving our bacon, singing! and making an excellent job of the tiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the folks at Alexander and Masterfit, we are so glad we chose you and would recommend you to anyone without reservation.
My wife joins me in thanking you most sincerely for the superb manner in which your staff have worked in order to furnish us with a bathroom which, in our opinion, would be extremely difficult if not impossible to better. From our initial visit to your showroom to the final commissioning we have enjoyed nothing other than total satisfaction. We were particularly impressed by the product knowledge of every member of the workforce, their willingness to discuss not only the pros of the subject of our discussion but more importantly the cons. To be guided at every stage of the operation by a competent workforce obviously gave us confidence to expect a first class result and in no way were we disappointed. It would be very remiss of me to single out any individual member of your staff with whom we had contact. Without exception they were all considerate, friendly and ever willing to explain in detail technical matters which may have required an input from ourselves. Every night they left our home clean and tidy, their equipment packed away resulting in no inconvenience to us what so ever. Some twelve years ago you refitted our kitchen and after its completion I was motivated to write to you along similar lines to the above. To have maintained such a high standard of customer satisfaction enables us, without reservation, to recommend your company to anyone who seeks an independent opinion.
About 2 years ago we had a new kitchen fitted by Alexander. We thought it would not be easy since living in a cottage nothing seems very straightforward so I thought I would write to thank you, Warwick, Jane and of course Jez of Masterfit and all their team for doing such a wonderful job. It has been greatly admired by all our family and friends. When the time came to have a new bathroom of course the first people that came to mind were Alexander. I was not surprised when this also turned out to be a showroom piece. The work was totally professional, expertly fitted and tidy from the beginning and it has also been admired by all that have seen it. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alexander to anybody and once again thanks to al for another room superbly done.
My partner and I initially came in to your showroom about 6 months ago and saw Debra. We were enquiring about bathroom taps but were also interested in a number of other things including floor and wall tiles. Debra throughout all our dealing has been thoroughly professional, friendly and helpful and most important of all she has a great sense of humour. We ended up ordering more than £5,000 worth of items through her and have been delighted with the service she's given. The radiators we wanted were not from one of your regular suppliers but we were so pleased with her service that we came back to you to order them as well. In this day and age it's such a joy to deal with people who not only know what they're talking about but come up with some good ideas. If you have any type of scheme for employee of the month or year - Debra deserves it....!!!
Just a note to say how pleased we are with our new fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture. The self close sliding doors and drawers on all the units are a joy to use. Special thanks to Pete and Stuart who fitted them superbly and they were very courteous and helpful and left the bedroom neat and tidy. So a big thank you to everyone at Alexanders for their excellent service from the time we entered the show room to the completion of the job. It makes a pleasant change in this day and age to be treated with respect.
